Endo Health Solutions New World Headquarters

EEI is proud to have contributed to the successful completion of the high-profile Endo Health Solutions’ new World Headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The 320,000-square-foot facility includes two new five-story buildings and a one-story parking deck for 420 cars.  The buildings were situated to overlook Quarry Lake and provide scenic vistas for the tenants. The project was developed by Trammell Crow Co. at the Atwater Business Park with IMC Construction serving as construction manager.  The project was fast tracked and IMC was able to complete both core and shell and tenant fit-out within 12 months. EEI served as the Geotechnical Engineer of Record throughout the project development and performed all of the construction monitoring services.
