Earth Engineering Incorporated (EEI) found its client base expanding westward so our Central Pennsylvania Division was established in 1995. The office is located in Mechanicsburg and provides a central location to better service our clients throughout Cumberland, York, Dauphin, Franklin, and neighboring counties. All EEI office locations provide a full range of geotechnical engineering, subsurface investigation, inspection & testing, and environmental services.
