The proposed upgrades and modifications to the existing Swatara Township Authority water treatment facility consisted of constructing new buildings, a pump station, a tank, two flow division boxes, three scum pump stations, two solids silos, and two odor control units. Earth Engineering Incorporated performed a subsurface investigation including test borings, laboratory soils testing, and a geotechnical engineering analysis and findings report.
