1500 Condominium

1500 Condominium is the first new residential high-rise built in the City of Harrisburg in nearly 40 years. The award-winning, eight-story tower features both retail and ultra-modern residences with state-of-the-art features ranging from studios to three-bedroom lofts. Earth Engineering Incorporated performed geotechnical investigations and full-time construction inspection and testing for the caisson and grade beam installation portion of this project.
