Northside Crossing Shopping Center
Location: Campbelltown, Lebanon County, PA
This project consists of approximately 64,636 square feet of rental space anchored by Redner’s, Dollar Tree, and Jonestown Bank. EEI performed a full-scale geotechnical investigation on behalf of developer Cedar Realty Trust with recommendations for foundation and construction in a karst area. EEI also provided full-time construction inspection for the shopping center including: soil compaction testing, sinkhole consulting and remediation, concrete testing for foundations, and asphalt testing.
