Riverwalk Development consists of two mixed-use towers that will enhance the Philadelphia skyline. The first tower has been completed with 28 floors, the first two floors hosting a Giant Food store complete with an on-site Starbucks. The second tower is still under way, having constructed fourteen floors out of projected 32 floors. The project is located at 60 North 23rd Street and 2301 JFK Boulevard on the Schuylkill River across from University City. Riverwalk offers exclusive access to on-site basketball, volleyball, paddle tennis, soccer, fitness fields, a fitness center with a yoga studio, and an infinity pool. The towers will also include a residential bridge connecting them. The lead architect for the project is Gensler and it is being developed by PMC Property Group.
